Abbey Health and Fitness membership is structured over a 3, 6 or 12 month period and we have membership packages to suit your individual needs. The opening times of the leisure centre are:

7:00 am – 9.30 pm Monday - Friday

9:00 am - 8pm Saturday

9:00 am - 6pm Sundays.

Available to Single, Couple's, Families (2 adults and 3 children), Students, Over 60's and Over 60's couples.

NOTICE FROM ABBEY HEALTH & FITNESS ROSCOMMON

We wish to advise members and hotel guests that children 14 years and under must always be accompanied in the water by a parent/guardian over 18, regardless of their swimming level.

Children aged 15-17 must still have an adult present but they do not need to be in the water. We would ask that parents and guardians strictly adhere to these rules when using our pool facility. Thank you
